ANCHOR INN BAR SERVICE

The bar will be staffed with a bartender for a fee of $75.00 for the first three hours. One basically must decide where the financial obligation of the alcohol will lie, on the host and hostess or on the guest.

OPEN BAR: The guests are at liberty to order whatever they choose from the bartender and or servers and the host/hostess will pick of the entire tab. An accurate account will be kept and will be available for review. The price of the drinks will vary depending on the specific drink order ($3.75-$6.00). Refer to "Hosted Bar" prices.

OPEN BAR WITH LIMITATIONS: The selections that are offered at the bar with no charge to the guest are limited. The selections are typically limited to "well drinks" such as Bourbon and water, rum and coke, vodka and tonic etc… Quite often the host and hostess also include a limited selection of "call brands" such as Absolute vodka, Jim Beam bourbon, Dewars scotch. A limited selection of beer and wine may also be offered through the "Bar with limitations".

OPEN BAR OR LIMITED BAR WITH TIME LIMITATIONS: An open bar or limited bar may be offered for a limited time and then converted to a cash bar or beer and/or wine only. (This is often utilized during the initial pre-dinner hour as guests are arriving and socializing). A combination fruit/cheese tray is also a nice addition during this hour.

WINE: Bottled Wine available by the glass and the bottle. Priced accordingly.
